SHIPPING POLICY
At Loomlatch, we strive to get our premium book lights to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because we focus on a single high-quality product, we take extra care in our fulfillment process.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Estimates
To keep our prices competitive and offer Free Worldwide Shipping, we work with global logistics partners. Please see our estimated delivery times below:

Canada & UK: 10–18 business days

International: 12–21 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates. While most packages arrive on the earlier side of these windows, factors like customs processing and local postal delays are outside of our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a Tracking Number and a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow 48–72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Loomlatch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take full responsibility for our products until they reach your door.

If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at hello@loomlatch.com within 48 hours of delivery.

If your tracking information hasn't updated in over 15 business days, please reach out so we can investigate with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We move quickly to process orders, so there is a very small window to correct an address. If you believe you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately.
