30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window. This means you have 30 days after receiving your Loomlatch Book Light to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in inspection, but if your book light arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong color, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on items that have been heavily used or damaged by the user. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
